Overview
Pisang Peak is one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal. Located in the Annapurna region, Pisang Peak lies roughly in between two gigantic peaks, Annapurna I and Manaslu, both of which are at the height of approximately eight thousands. The trekking path along this route offers great scope for exploration along with stunning scenic views.
Considered as an easy climbing peak, Pisang peak provides its climbers an interesting journey passing along varied ecosystems, diverse cultures and amazing landscapes. En route, you get to savor the beautiful natural treats such as the stunning waterfalls, lush green paddy fields, arid deserts, oak forests and the deepest gorge in the world. All these highlights contribute in making this trekking trip a popular one.
Pisang Peak rises above from Pisang village and yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the final summit pyramid. A hanging glacier offering a considerable challenge guards the western flank of the mountain. The western end of the ridge is guarded by huge rock slabs, which add to your challenging climb. If you are looking for an interesting and adventurous expedition crammed with exquisite visual treats, then this trip is just ideal for you.
